Ueli Giger is our most recent team member. He is mainly developing microcontroller hardware and software for
RFbeam Microwave GmbH.
In his free time he likes skiing in the mountains or hiking in the summer.
Nicolas Weber is a student of social science and an electronic technician. He works at part time at ECOM.
This is Simon Schönenberger. He is working on realtime hardware and software projects. Simon currently develops 32-Bit PowerPC software powered by realtime kernel uC/OS-II. His hobbies are playing guitar and bass guitar in a
rock band.
René Schiess has been part of ECOM since 1998. René is a hardware developer and our most experienced PCB layout specialist. He also is responsible for the purchase of technical and electronic components.
His major favorit besides his work is his
TWIKE, a Light Electric Vehicle (LEM).
Léon Audergon is our director of development. He is a specialist for complex hardware design, embedded Linux and
microwave design.
Léon is a co-founder of ECOM and has a long experience in electronic development services.
Besides his commitment for ECOM, he is a radio amateur (HB9TXV) experimenting with new technologies.
Klaus Mezger founded ECOM together with Léon in 1997. Klaus is the captain of our ECOM speedboat. He is also an active hardware and software developer and architect of many new ideas and products.
